5 things to remind myself

1. God is always out there.
You know it, but sometimes you can't feel it. But hey, not everything is always about the feeling. That's why you need faith.

2. I'm blessed with people around me.
When you're down, don't struggle by yourself. You have an entire army backing you up. Stop isolating yourself, you need your community.

3. It's okay to be weak.
Sometimes you have to admit defeat. Sometimes you feel stagnant, or like you're slipping backwards. It's okay, it's normal. Don't fall even more than you already have. If you're afraid, take a small step back, and tell yourself you'll move forward tomorrow.

4. Distance can never separate two hearts that really care.
Often you feel insecure with your comfort clan away from your comfort zone, but hang in there. Distance is just an excuse, there's nothing that we can't overcome together.

5. You've got to love yourself more.
Stop wallowing in self-pity. Stop caring for others more than yourself. Yes, it's good to be selfish every once in a while. Remember to learn how to love yourself before loving others.
